Kristen Harris joined our firm as an associate in 2015. Kristy's expertise is in the area of civil litigation, including the complex legal issues that arise at various stages of litigation. Zealous in her representation of adopting parents, her litigation skills extend to all areas of adoption law. She represents clients in contract disputes, contested estate matters, and construction negligence cases. Kristy is adept at creating and maintaining successful legal entities, including forming for-profit corporations, companies, and partnerships, as well as forming non-profits and obtaining tax-exempt status from the IRS. Dawn Garvey is a legal assistant with the firm who has been working in the legal field for over 30 years. Because of her vast experience and her involvement in each case, she can answer your questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. She is a person of high integrity and prides our office in its responsiveness to client concerns—integrity is about what you do when no one is watching.
Ashley Tempel graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Service and an Associate Degree in Business Management. Ashley joined the firm in 2015 and tackled the myriad of responsibilities that come with a surge in growth. Ashley manages accounts receivable and payable, assists in preparing and filing tax returns for our clients with estate and inheritance tax issues, and works closely with our Social Security Disability attorney to help our clients win the benefits to which they are entitled.
